Well, it's a bit too soon for this much snow. Notice my two-toned house...painting should start the end of this week...
maybe.

The leaves haven't even bothered to change color yet.
Maybe they will.

It's not exactly a Renoir, but
maybe it's refrigerator-worthy.

And somehow even the word "maybe" looks odd to me this morning.

Whoa!! It was snowing Saturday morning when I went to let Professor outside but it didn't stick to the ground. I had to turn my furnace on already...the first time I've turned it on before November.
The view from the backyard here in Iowa is much the same. Trees with green leaves covered with snow. Uff da!
It snowed a little Saturday morning in Northern IL at the location where my sister was getting married! Not enough to stick though. It's pretty, but still a little too early!
BRRRR looks very cold, I've never seen it snow in person, as it only snows in the local mountains in Southern California. It has a beauty about it and I can see why it would inspire one to knit warm colorful socks.
Oh, we've escaped the snow so far here in Michigan. . . but it's Only A Matter of Time. I always think it's best if it can hold off until the leaves are OFF the trees. . .
The snow is beautiful but I know it is early. We are having tons of precipation too - all rain and more flooding!
I can't believe you have snow already - I don't think I've ever heard of snow in october in the UK - it looks beautiful :)
